After a pretty crappy day that ended in an emergency room visit, we rolled up to the El Centro at almost 10 pm during a thunderstorm. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind and gave us his last room at a great rate. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean, and the room was quiet and cozy. I am very pleased that we ended up at the El Centro, which is charming and rustic! There was a big fluffy grey cat in the office who even let me rub it's belly. Almost feels like staying with family. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who likes something a little different for a great price.
